Dwight F. Jennings, Jr. is Founder, President and CEO of Capital JAE Corporation. Dwight earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University. Prior to forming Capital JAE Corporation, Dwight had been involved in starting and developing businesses for over a decade. Starting in the year 2000 with the formation of DFJ Associate Services, he has headed up other ventures including DFJ Enterprises. These businesses offered services ranging from insurance, financial services, personal financial analysis, securities, debt consolidation, credit repair and legal insurance services.
As President and CEO, Dwight is responsible for the strategic direction of Capital JAE Corporation including overall management of affiliated companies, as well as day to day operational oversight for the rapidly expanding portfolio of business interests.
Dwight resides in the city of Winston-Salem, NC. He is a member of Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina Business Advisory Council, Professional Division of Future Business Leaders of America, and involved with Junior Achievement all of which are focused on educating students’ financial literacy, workplace readiness, business principles, entrepreneurship and helping students transition into the business world. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
Managing Partner
Latasha O. Jennings is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner for Capital JAE Corporation. Mrs. Jennings earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from Saint Augustine’s University. Latasha brings valuable experience to Capital Jae Corp. in the area of data analysis, data management, marketing, advance knowledge in customer service, and staff management. Also as Assistant Coordinator of Integrated Student Services at Winston-Salem State University, she helped guide the University’s Ambassadors Program, and managed the Enrollment Services Call Center.
As the COO/Managing Partner, her responsibilities are to help create strategies and put into action the Company’s strategic plan in a way that is most effective to the company in terms of finances, time, and growth.
Latasha resides in the city of Winston-Salem, NC and is involved in her community and volunteers with local cheerleading and dance groups. In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts, singing, dancing, and spending time with family.
